Menum ("uygulama"), kişisel diyet ve alerji tercihlerine göre restoran menülerini değerlendiren bir asistandır. Gizliliğine önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, hangi verileri neden işlediğimizi açıklar.
Cihazında saklanan (varsayılan): diyet profilin (alerjiler, intoleranslar, diyet tercihleri, dini tercihler, sevmediğin malzemeler, kalori hedefin) ve tarama geçmişin (son 20 kayıt). Bu veriler varsayılan olarak yalnızca cihazında tutulur.
Hesap oluşturursan (isteğe bağlı): Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaparsan, hesabına bağlı kimlik bilgin ve profilin/tarama geçmişin güvenli sunucularımızda (Supabase) saklanır ve cihazların arasında senkronlanır. Hesap oluşturmazsan hiçbir kişisel verin sunucuya gönderilmez.
QR kod, menü, yemek veya market barkodu taramak için kamera iznine ihtiyaç duyarız. Çektiğin fotoğraflar, içeriğini etiketlemek üzere güvenli sunucumuz aracılığıyla yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına (Anthropic / Claude) gönderilir ve kalıcı olarak saklanmaz.
Menü metni ve fotoğraflar, içerik etiketleme için Supabase Edge Function üzerinden Anthropic'in Claude modeline iletilir. Bu istek kişisel profilini içermez, yalnızca menü/yemek içeriği gönderilir. Hangi yemeğin sana uygun olduğu kararı tamamen senin cihazında, profilinle eşleştirilerek verilir.
Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden RevenueCat aracılığıyla işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerin (kart numarası vb.) bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
Anthropic (Claude): etiketleme için. Supabase: hesap oluşturursan kimlik doğrulama ve senkronizasyon için. RevenueCat: satın alma durumunun doğrulanması için. Apple / Google: tercih edersen hesap girişi için. Verilerini reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla satmayız, kiralamayız veya paylaşmayız.
Yerel veriler: Ayarlar → "Onboarding'i baştan gör" ile profilini ve geçmişini cihazından silebilirsin. Hesap verileri: hesabının ve buluttaki tüm verilerinin silinmesini istemek için aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden bize ulaş.
Menum 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.

Menum ("the app") is an assistant that evaluates restaurant menus based on your personal dietary and allergy preferences. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Stored on your device (default): your dietary profile (allergies, intolerances, diet preferences, religious preferences, disliked ingredients, calorie target) and scan history (last 20 records). By default this data is kept only on your device.
If you create an account (optional): if you sign in with Apple or Google, your account identity and profile/scan history are stored on our secure servers (Supabase) and synced across devices. Without an account, no personal data is sent to the server.
We need camera access to scan QR codes, menus, dishes, or grocery barcodes. Photos you take are sent through our secure server to an AI provider (Anthropic / Claude) to label their contents and are not stored permanently.
Menu text and photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude model via a Supabase Edge Function for content labeling. This request does not include your personal profile; only the menu/dish content is sent. The suitability decision is made entirely on your device, by matching against your profile.
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. Your payment details never reach us.
Anthropic (Claude): to label content. Supabase: for authentication and sync if you create an account. RevenueCat: to verify purchase status. Apple / Google: for account sign-in if you choose to use it. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising or marketing.
Local data: Settings → "See onboarding again" deletes your profile and history from your device. Account data: contact us at the email below to request deletion.
Menum is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
