Bu şartlar, Menum mobil uygulamasını ("Menum") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun.
Menum, kullanıcının kendi belirttiği diyet/alerji profiline göre restoran menülerini değerlendiren, her yemek için bir uygunluk sinyali ve gerekçe sunan bir asistan uygulamasıdır.
Uygulamayı hesap oluşturmadan, tamamen yerel olarak kullanabilirsin. İstersen Apple veya Google hesabınla giriş yaparak profilini senkronlayabilirsin. Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
Aylık abonelik (otomatik yenilenen): her ay otomatik olarak yenilenir ve Apple hesabına faturalandırılır. Sınırsız erişim (tek seferlik): tek seferlik ödemeyle kalıcı sınırsız tarama hakkı; otomatik yenilenmez. Tarama kredisi paketi (tek seferlik): belirli sayıda ekstra tarama hakkı; süresi dolmaz.
Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler için: ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple hesabından tahsil edilir; abonelik, geçerli dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenilemeyi kapatmadığın sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme bedeli dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir; aboneliğini cihazının Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilirsin; sunulmuşsa ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında kaybedilir.
Tüm satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir ve Apple'ın standart Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (EULA) tabidir. İadeler Apple'ın ilgili politikaları çerçevesinde App Store üzerinden talep edilir.
Uygulama, menü/yemek etiketlemesi için üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısı (Anthropic / Claude) kullanır. Üretilen etiketler ve öneriler kesinlik garantisi taşımaz.
Uygulamanın tasarımı, markası ve yazılımı geliştiriciye aittir. Uygulamayı kopyalamak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya türev çalışma oluşturmak, yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında yasaktır.
Bu şartları ihlal etmen durumunda erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabını istediğin zaman Ayarlar üzerinden silebilirsin.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.

These terms govern your use of the Menum mobile app ("Menum"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Menum is an assistant app that evaluates restaurant menus against a diet/allergy profile you provide, giving a suitability signal and rationale for each dish.
You can use the app entirely locally without an account. You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to sync your profile and scan history across devices. You are responsible for the security of your account.
Monthly subscription (auto-renewing): renews automatically each month and is billed to your Apple account. Unlimited access (one-time): a single payment for permanent unlimited scanning; does not auto-renew. Scan credit pack (one-time): a fixed number of extra scans; does not expire.
For auto-renewing subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period; you can manage your subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Refunds are requested through the App Store under Apple's applicable policies.
The app uses a third-party AI provider (Anthropic / Claude) to label menu/dish content. Generated labels and suggestions carry no guarantee of accuracy.
The app's design, branding, and software belong to the developer. Copying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works is prohibited except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
